An independent practice should evolve with the person operating it.
Uzelac Media began as a web and product practice in 2003. It became the through-line across open-source products, company building, health and wellness, and new research-driven ventures.
Today it is not a client-development agency. I build and operate my own work, and consult selectively where founder experience can clarify a consequential decision.
The constant is ownership: understand the whole system, make the complicated useful, and remain accountable after the recommendation leaves the room.
